Food Vendor Terms & Conditions

Location The market located at 9010 Marsh Road, Corner of Hwy 9 and Marsh Road, Snohomish
known as Thomas Family Farm.  This location has an average of 600-900 vehicles pass per hour.
Booth Assignment Space assignment will be made by Management.  Management will strive to fulfill the desires of the exhibitor.
Management reserves final determination of space assignment and assignments will be made or changed in the best
interest of the Event as determined by Management’s sole discretion.
Food Requirements Each attendee who purchased a ticked will have a $5.00 food voucher.  It is your responsibility to have an item that can
be purchased with the $5.00 voucher or can be used towards the purchase of a more expensive food item.
You will need to collect the food vouchers for payment after the event.
Exhibitor Info Food vendors must comply with the Snohomish Health Dept. and obtain a permit for the event.
Food desk is open 8-5, phone number 425-339-8730, address is 3020 Rucker Ave on the first floor.
Set up Saturday 10 am to 12 noon-VIP session starts and noon. There will be a 1 hour break at 4 which the distillers may
want to purchase food from the food vendors.
Take Down After show at 8 pm Saturday only
Staffing & Taxes Exhibitors will be collecting their own money and paying  their own taxes.
Sales Tax Rate is 8.8% and the location code for Snohomish is 3115.  All exhibitors must have a UBI #.

Commission NO Commission will be charged for this event.
Termination of Management reserves the right to cancel this contract without further obligation at any time prior to the Event
Contract starting by releasing exhibitor from all future obligations under this Contract. Said cancellation may be for any cause or
for no cause. In the event a cancellation occurs due to fire, casualty, strike embargo, injunction, act of war, act of God
or any other like emergency, then Management will return such portion of the amount already paid for space as
may be determined to be equitable by  Management after deduction of  such amounts as may be necessary to cover
expenses related to the termination, including a reserve for claims in connection with the Event. If for any reason
Management determines the location of the Event should be changed or the dates of the Event postponed, no
refunds will be made but Management shall assign to the exhibitor, in lieu of the original space, such other space as
Management deems appropriate and the exhibitor agrees to use such space under the same rules and regulations.
The Event and Management shall not be financially or otherwise obligated in the event the Event is canceled,
postponed or relocated except as provided herein.
Liability & Exhibitor is held responsible to insure his own exhibit, personnel, display and materials from any damage or loss through
Insurance theft, fire, accident, or other cause. It is NOT required to have insurance to participate but is recommended. It is
expressly understood and agreed by the exhibitor that he/she will make no claim of any kind against Management for
loss, damage, theft or destruction of goods or exhibit; nor for any injury that may occur to him or her self or employees
while in the exhibition place, nor for any damage of any nature, or character whatsoever, and without limiting the
foregoing, including any damage to his business by reason of the failure to provide space for an exhibit or removal of the
exhibit, or for any action of Management in relation to the exhibit of the exhibitor. The exhibitor shall be solely
responsible to his own agents and employees, and to all third persons, including invitees and the public for all claims,
liabilities, actions, costs, damages, and expenses arising out of or relating to the custody, possession, operation,
maintenance, or control of said leased space or exhibit, or negligence or otherwise relating thereto. exhibitor does
hereby indemnify and hold harmless Management against any and all such claims and is asserted against it.
Upon the request of Management, exhibitor shall provide Management with proof that it is in possession of
paid-up liability insurance policy as aforesaid. THE EXHIBITOR ASSUMES ALL SUCH RESPONSIBILITY.
Thank You This Event’s success is largely dependent upon the willingness of our exhibitors to volunteer their help towards
decorating, posting flyers, and helping to tear down and clean up after the Event is complete.
